Job Overview: Dynatronics Accessories is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying shopping experience for all customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media, and in-store interactions
Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and availability
Handle customer complaints professionally and find timely solutions
Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently
Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while dealing with customers
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
Coordinate with the sales and technical team when required
Requirements:
Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong communication skills (Urdu & basic English)
Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills...
