Job Overview

Burj Code is looking for a motivated and technology-driven AI Development Executive to support the development, implementation, and improvement of AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate should have an interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning, large language models (LLMs), AI agents, and intelligent automation.

In this role, you will work with the development team to explore AI technologies, build and test AI features, integrate AI models into applications, and help transform business requirements into practical technical solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing, and implementing AI-powered applications and software solutions.

• Research and evaluate AI models, frameworks, APIs, and tools for different project requirements.

• Support the development of AI chatbots, virtual assistants, AI agents, and workflow automation systems.

• Integrate large language models and third-party AI APIs into web applications, mobile apps, and SaaS platforms.

• Work with developers, designers, and project teams to understand requirements and deliver AI-based features.

• Prepare, process, and analyse data for AI testing, evaluation, and implementation.

• Test AI-generated outputs for accuracy, relevance, reliability, and consistency.

• Identify technical issues, troubleshoot errors, and help improve the performance of AI solutions.

• Maintain technical documentation covering implementation processes, model behaviour, integrations, and testing results.

• Stay updated on developments in generative AI, machine learning, automation, and AI application development.

• Follow responsible AI practices, including data privacy, security, and appropriate human oversight.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Basic to intermediate programming knowledge in Python, JavaScript, or another relevant language.

• Understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, generative AI, and large language models.

• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, databases, and software integration concepts.

• Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI model evaluation.

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively and learn new technologies quickly.

Preferred Technical Knowledge

Experience or familiarity with the following technologies would be an advantage:

• AI and LLMs: OpenAI APIs, Gemini, Claude, Hugging Face, or similar AI platforms.

• AI frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex, or comparable tools for building AI applications.

• Programming: Python, JavaScript, Node.js, or TypeScript.

• Machine learning: Basic knowledge of model training, inference, evaluation, and data preparation.

• Databases: SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or vector databases.

• Automation: AI-powered workflows, tool calling, agent frameworks, and business process automation.

• Development tools: Git, GitHub, API testing tools, and cloud-based development environments.

Candidates do not need to be experts in every technology listed. A strong foundation, practical learning ability, and willingness to experiment with new AI tools are highly valued.
