Job Overview:
Dynatronics Accessories is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying shopping experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media, and in-store interactions
  • Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and availability
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and find timely solutions
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently
  • Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while dealing with customers
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Coordinate with the sales and technical team when required

Requirements:

  • Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong communication skills (Urdu & basic English)
  • Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of mobile accessories and electronics is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory

Working Hours:
Full-time (Shift-based, including weekends if required)
