  • You support smooth application operation and develop minor enhancements for several applications
  • You assume internal product responsibility for IT products or product groups
  • You plan, control and monitor external providers in terms of capacity, performance and quality of results for applications or application groups in the area of responsibility
  • You are responsible for the escalation management in case of tickets or general problems and conduct coordination meetings with customers
  • You will participate in planning, managing and reporting on all global cost elements of service budgets and you will be responsible for reviewing monthly invoices
  • You will advise business departments or IT colleagues on service offerings
  • You will participate in transition projects and in the further development of the service
  • You create and maintain procedures for existing processes and documentation
  • You will be responsible for ensuring compliance based on internal and external regulations
