Responsibilities:

  • Qualifying and identifying the key decision-makers, influencers and sponsors in the prospect's organisation
  • Capturing all necessary contact information (name, title, phone, email etc.)
  • Qualifying the prospect and affiliated companies
  • Determining the prospect's decision/buying process
  • Handling effective outbound calls to build up a healthy pipeline of leads and deliver consistent results
  • Ensuring accuracy of sales databases by logging all mandatory and optional data in the correct manner in our internal software systems
  • Building a trusted relationship and teaming with the Sales stakeholders
  • Following-up the good progress of the delivered lead/opportunity with the Sales stakeholders
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internally with the sales team and other departments
  • Enter and / or update records from customer calls in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Search and verify new contact lists before entering them in the CRM database
