Responsibilities:
- Qualifying and identifying the key decision-makers, influencers and sponsors in the prospect's organisation
- Capturing all necessary contact information (name, title, phone, email etc.)
- Qualifying the prospect and affiliated companies
- Determining the prospect's decision/buying process
- Handling effective outbound calls to build up a healthy pipeline of leads and deliver consistent results
- Ensuring accuracy of sales databases by logging all mandatory and optional data in the correct manner in our internal software systems
- Building a trusted relationship and teaming with the Sales stakeholders
- Following-up the good progress of the delivered lead/opportunity with the Sales stakeholders
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internally with the sales team and other departments
- Enter and / or update records from customer calls in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Search and verify new contact lists before entering them in the CRM database
