Releases new energy - your commitment: You act as responsible product owner for all People Development related topics and processes (covering feedback, competency management, training, talent development programs, career paths, leadership development and succession planning). You know and constantly monitor the market for best practices and make sure that HR has efficient state of the art People Development processes in place.
