• You act as responsible product owner for all People Development related topics and processes (covering feedback, competency management, training, talent development programs, career paths, leadership development and succession planning).
• You know and constantly monitor the market for best practices and make sure that HR has efficient state of the art People Development processes in place.
• Internally you work closely withHR Operations team, therefore know internal customer and business needs and incorporate these in continuous process optimizations via projects.
• You lead development initiatives.
• You are responsible, improve and manage the entire people development portfolio and processes.
• You drive the development of company regulations e.g. directives or company agreements and align these with diverse external and internal stakeholders (e.g. leadership team and works council) and make sure they are properly communicated.
• You negotiate service agreements with 3rd parties.
• You think and act digital and implement digital solutions.

• You have successfully completed your studies in the field of psychology, HR, economics or social sciences.
• You can look back on longstanding work experience in HR, especially in the field of People Development.
