The main tasks of the position are: - Deal with customer and sales queries quickly and effectively - Be able to take accurate and concise information over the telephone - Perform the order entry into the SAP system (ERP) - Check stock availability and call the final consumer if there is any issue - Tracking and follow up of orders, liaising with the warehouse and shipping company - Deal with any operational issue (refusals, returns, damages, etc.) - Ensure basic maintenance of Operations Systems - Prepare and maintain customer order database and issue invoices - Email dialogue with the customers and sales force
