**Account & Business Development Manager
Your main responsibilities will be to:
Manage both a farming & hunting role (50/50)
Identify new business opportunities within the region (Europe) & convert them into sustainable accounts
Have a focus on large accounts
Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders from middle to top management
Adapt yourself to different stakeholders (Asset manager, building owner, property manager, facility manager, CEO, etc.)
Manage sales cycles from 6 to 12 months
Analyze the market and understand the competition & trends
Be ambitious with the will to always (over)achieve your targets
Manage projects together with cross functional teams to bring the right solution to the client & ensure the excellent level of customer service (technical, marketing, operations, … teams)
Develop a re-seller network
Be accurate on reporting through CRM
Travel across the region (major European cities)
