**Account & Business Development Manager

Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Manage both a farming & hunting role (50/50)
  • Identify new business opportunities within the region (Europe) & convert them into sustainable accounts
  • Have a focus on large accounts
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders from middle to top management
  • Adapt yourself to different stakeholders (Asset manager, building owner, property manager, facility manager, CEO, etc.)
  • Manage sales cycles from 6 to 12 months
  • Analyze the market and understand the competition & trends
  • Be ambitious with the will to always (over)achieve your targets
  • Manage projects together with cross functional teams to bring the right solution to the client & ensure the excellent level of customer service (technical, marketing, operations, … teams)
  • Develop a re-seller network
  • Be accurate on reporting through CRM
  • Travel across the region (major European cities)
