Application for translator, proofreader and editor
Dear Sir or Madame,
I am a freelance translator and graduated successfully from the bachelor’s degree course International Technical Communication and Translation at the Magdeburg-Stendal University of Applied Sciences in September 2019. In the course of my studies and my work as a freelance translator, I have studied diverse subject areas to accomplish all challenges regarding translation in a reliable and extensive satisfying manner. Thereby I have had a chance to familiarize myself with special fields like renewable energies, metallurgy, medical imaging, medical engineering, tourism, clinical trials, refrigeration engineering or manuals. Furthermore, amongst others I worked on a project about material handling engineering for the Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg and on a project for the International Puppet Theater Festival BLICKWECHSEL organized by the Magdeburg Puppet Theater in which it came down to my translating, foreign-language and foreign-cultural expertise. Since the beginning of 2019, I have been working as a freelance translator, proofreader and editor for several companies and always provided satisfactory services.
I am motivated and determined to always keep on working on myself and to bring my expertise and skills into my future projects to always achieve satisfactory results. Moreover, I am reliable regarding adherence to delivery dates and working morale.
