* Lead strategic planning, annual budget, rolling forecast and monthly actual reporting for the Germany site; * Responsible for on time and accurate financial reporting package; * Responsible for P&L analysis of important position and give recommendations; * Running cost analysis and improve pricing model; * Monitor manufacturing plant budget * Collaborate with IT department in implementing SAP manufacturing module and business intelligence tools; * Develop and manage operations metrics and KPI reporting packages * Support site management team to develop and monitor strategic development plan/roadmap of site construction, including cost process and production ramp-up and facility utilization rate; * Support evaluation and ROI analysis for capital investment; * Ad hoc projects or tasks assigned by management.
