Interface between the IT department and customers Build and lead the solution design for BY (JDA) WMS projects Contact person for clients all over Germany Design, further development and integration of software solutions (JDA) for customers Process management and monitoring of the product / service lifecycle in the context of software development Provide variety of strategic and technical support to the project team, including quality assurance/design review, environment setup, configuration, report and label generation, troubleshooting, system testing and programming Enable consistency and reusability across implementations with regards to functionality (modifications),host interfaces, Transportation/Carrier and WCS integration and system reporting/alerting tools Guide the operational team in process design Contact person for customers in solving technical questions regarding architectures
