Als Area Sales Manager (m/w/d) haben Sie folgende Aufgaben: Akquise von Neukunden sowie Betreuung der Bestandskunden und der Vertriebspartner im zugewiesenen Vertriebsgebiet Eigenverantwortlicher Aufbau, Pflege sowie Weiterentwicklung der Geschäftsbeziehungen durch regelmäßigen Kundenkontakt Eigenständige Bedarfsanalyse durch Verkaufsgespräche und Beratung Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Bestandskunden Vor- und Nachbereitung von Kundenterminen, Erstellung und Durchführung von Produktpräsentationen Erstellen von Angeboten sowie Rahmenvertragsangeboten Strukturierung und Entwicklung des Verkaufsgebietes durch eine genaue Beobachtung des Marktes und eine Anpassung der Vertriebsaktivitäten auf die veränderten Rahmenbedingungen Kundenberatung vor Ort sowie Teilnahme an Messen und Kundenveranstaltungen

Zielorientierte Entwicklung von Vertriebsstrategien Eigenverantwortliche Zielsetzung zum Ausbau der Bestandskunden und Neukundengewinnung in Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung und anderen Unternehmensabteilungen Zielkontrolle und Reporting an die Unternehmensführung Durchführung aller Aktivitäten innerhalb des Sales-Zyklus Maßnahmenplanung mit anderen Abteilungen im Unternehmen (u.a. lokales und regionales Marketing)

Bauingenieur, Handwerksmeister oder Betriebswirt Erfahrungen im Vertrieb in der Baubranche sind wünschenswert Idealerweise Erfahrungen im beratungsintensiven Direktvertrieb bauchemischer Produkte Stark im Aufbau und der Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung Teamgeist und überdurchschnittliches Engagement
