Lead the growth team of currently four people and build-up further staff
Drive the client's business in classic growth and performance marketing-related issues
Manage digital advertising channels, including managing budget, setting priorities, managing execution and performance
Plan, define, and execute demand generation funnel
Oversee rigorous creative testing and asset optimisation to maximize media spend
Closely monitor, track, and report analytics to ensure they align with growth KPIs (user acquisition, activation, retention, cost per metric, ROI etc.)
