Berlin / Munich | Stealth Mode Fund Build | H ands-on support across core investment workflows.   We’re building a new B2B tech VC from the ground up, operating out of Berlin and Munich. Still stealth. Still early. Lots of foundation to lay. You’ll work directly with the core team on deal sourcing, research, and the first real building blocks of the fund.   What you’ll do • Research startups & build weekly deal snapshots • Draft investment docs & support pipeline management • Tackle hands-on ad hoc tasks that move things fast   What you bring • Strong VC curiosity & self-starter energy • Sharp thinking, international mindset • High proficiency in PowerPoint & Excel  • English required, German a plus   You won’t just observe — you’ll help build. Description: We are a venture capital fund focused on backing scalable B2B technology companies. For a Master’s thesis, we are seeking a student to research how successful startups scale and how early indicators of scalable success can be identified in bootstrapped companies that are not actively fundraising. The thesis will involve analyzing growth patterns, structures, and KPIs of successful startups and developing a data-driven or data-supported framework to identify similar companies at an early stage.
