BCIC Swiss Ltd | Best Connect International Company is currently looking for a Full-Time, On-Site IT Support Specialist to join our team in Germany. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing first and second level technical support to end users and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first- and second-level technical support for end-user issues.

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related problems.

  • Maintain and update tickets for all reported incidents and service requests.

  • Provide timely communication regarding issue status and resolution.

  • Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and Cisco Jabber .

  • Support Apple PC users with basic macOS troubleshooting.

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers and other peripheral devices.

  • Perform basic repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and authorized IT equipment.

  • Use diagnostic tools to identify and resolve workstation and network connectivity issues.

  • Coordinate with third-party vendors to resolve complex AV and IT issues when required.

Requirements

  • Valid work permit for Germany (mandatory).

  • Several years of experience in a similar IT Support / Helpdesk role.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Good knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, basic networking, and hardware support.

  • Basic knowledge of macOS is required.

  • Fluent in English and the local language (mandatory).

  • Ability to work independently in an on-site environment.
