We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and reliable specialist to translate 40 image-based documents from English to German, accurately retype the content in MS Word, and convert the completed files to PDF format.
This is a time-sensitive project that requires excellent translation accuracy, strong document-editing skills, and the ability to meet a strict 24-hour deadline.
Responsibilities:
- Translate approximately 40 images containing written English text into clear, accurate German.
- Retype all translated content professionally in Microsoft Word with clean formatting.
- Ensure correct grammar, spelling, and consistent terminology throughout all translated documents.
- Convert each completed Word document into a PDF file.
- Deliver all final Word and PDF files within 24 hours.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle all project materials with professionalism.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in English–German translation.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word and PDF creation.
- Ability to type efficiently while maintaining high accuracy.
- Excellent attention to detail and consistency in formatting.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
