• You are responsible for the whole life-cycle management by being a functional lead of the Business Planning Team.
• You conduct short and long-term business planning including KPIs and strategic initiatives in coordination with our Financial Analysis Team.
• You will set up short-term and long-term business plans, allocate strategies to other business divisions and monitor the performance management.
• You build a strong day-to-day relationship with subsidiaries and encourage internal teamwork.

• You have successfully completed your studies in the field of business development, economics, social science, business psychology, business administration, or something similar and have at least 5 years of professional experience in business planning, business development technical leadership, technical supervision, or similar functions.
• You know how to identify early business trends and uncover areas of opportunity.
• You have strong communication skills and analytical thinking is one of your strengths.
• You work in a results-oriented way and can make KPI-based decisions.
