Project Finance Associate (m/f/d) in Berlin

Your challenge:

Our European Green Energy Solutions (GES) Division is looking for an ambitious and goal oriented Project Finance Associate (m/f/d) to support the division’s equity and debt transactions in Europe. The job includes, inter alia, financial modeling, investment banking (Buy/Sell Side), financial feasibility studies, Project Finance transactions, project valuations, financial due diligence, and more. You will report to the Head of Project Finance for Western and Central Europe. 

• You will support our business development activities and conduct financial feasibility studies of PV projects across various regions.
• You will be responsible for financial modelling related to our equity and debt transactions in the PV sector and take part in decision making processes.
• You will support the identification of potential new markets for PV projects, conduct market research and analyse market conditions across various regions.
• You will be responsible for preparing materials for management and investment approval processes.
• You will be working vis-à-vis top-tier international banks, Investor and advisors on equity and project finance transactions.

• You have successfully completed your studies (Bachelor degree and above) in business administration, accounting, finance or economics.
• You have 3-5 years of work experience in the fields of Project or Corporate Finance for major banks, advisory firms or Investors, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
