- Responsible for global quality management of CMDB data for Service Delivery
- Define Quality Dashboards and Reports for IT Infrastructure areas in agreement with Stakeholders
- Implement Dashboards and Reports supported by technical ServiceNow team
- Define and manage KPIs for CMDB data quality and provide management reports regularly
- Support Auditors in providing CMDB data quality reports, data and KPI relevant information
- Manage CMDB Data Completeness and Correctness Quality of all Data Center and Cloud
- Infrastructure (tracking and quality assurance)
- Establish and Manage the IT Infrastructure document management process in Service Delivery to
fulfill critical operational and regulatory requirements
- Manage the closing of CMDB data gaps in daily operation in cooperation with the QM specialist, product managers, data custodian, data stewards and external service providers
- Provide and coordinate requirements definition to increase data quality automation by automated discovery and remediation workflows in ServiceNow
- Provide continuous service improvement
- Coordinate and support projects of components and products in your area of responsibility
- Push global standardization in configuration management and in CI lifecycle management
- Plan and control budget for Service Delivery processes management
- Drive service adoption to new infrastructure and application services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and environments (e.g. Azure, AWS)
- Promote global standardization and efficiency by increasing of automation
