Work with business leaders to identify key drivers and understand the levers
Lead the analysis of business and operating models, market trends and technologies to determine their potential impact on the architecture
Identify the changes to be implemented, define the needs in technology and capacity,
Propose delivery paths and migration paths, by estimating the impact for the existing platforms
Organise governance of the convergence to the target
Lead the creation of the enterprise architecture practice; ensure enterprise architecture is providing the services, skills and competencies needed to support the strategy and the organisation
Plan, develop and manage a pool of highly skilled domain architects that deliver outcomes for the organisation
Act as a "Chapter" within the agile organisation: ensure consistency with the enterprise architecture, as well as shared technologies, tools and processes
Promote architecture team as an enabler for strategy, and as support for innovation
Collaborate within Architect community to market watch and innovation
Develop and maintain high level of standards in term of documentation, security and interoperability with market standards
Identify and assess technology-enabled innovation opportunities that support the business strategy
Details potential competitive threats from digital players
Run technology experiments; create proof-of-concepts for new products and services

While sustaining high growth in volumes and profitability, my client is looking to modernise and unify it's IT platforms to support its ambition and digital growth.
A strategic plan has been established, several initiatives are on-going to modernise the IT landscape and to deliver new capabilities when it comes to digitisation, automation, real-time processes, APIs, Data, etc. The new solutions are relying on modern technologies: Microsoft Azure, Containers, Mulesoft APIs, Salesforce, etc.
