Provide technical oversight and stewardship for the production operations and deviation investigation that require technical oversight.
Hire, develop and retain critical talent for the local TS/MS department with the capability to support the vaccines network as necessary.
Ensure commercialisation of new products is timely, robust, registered appropriately and cost effective. Act as the local M&Q process owner for the local manufacturability review
Ensure that the processes, facilities, equipment and systems are compliant, capable, in control, and maintained in a validated or qualified state.
Assure appropriate process monitoring strategies are deployed to assure capability and drive continuous improvement.
Ensure technical transfers are delivered on time and with robust manufacturing control strategies implemented at the new site. Liaise effectively with donor sites.
Cultivate a collaborative and effective continuous improvement culture across multiple functional areas including Production, Regulatory, QA, QC, Supply Chain, Engineering, Clinical, Analytical Development, R&D.
Drive the GMP Vaccine technical agenda. Implement high value technical productivity projects to increase Elanco's overall gross margin.
