Director Marketing (m/f/d) - Northern and Eastern Europe

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a pragmatic, dynamic and solution-oriented Marketing Director (m/f/d) to join the management team of our client. Reporting directly to the board, the role will be responsible for leading Marketing activities in Northern and Eastern Europe. Manage marketing efforts as they relate to the development and introduction of products, and go-to-market strategy. Implement an annual marketing plan and ensure achievement of the objectives outlined in this plan. Collaborate with Global Marketing and Local Sales teams to develop support programs and monitor performance against targets.

Your main tasks will be:

• Generate leads and demand to increase revenues of the region
• Define and deploy go-to-market strategies and marketing campaigns
• Increase the visibility of our client
• Manage a team of skilled marketing specialists & professionals
• Analyze trends and opportunities
• Develop communication and relationships with customers
• Be the ambassador of the brand of our client in events
• Manage the press relations activities in the region
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams
• Define, follow and control budget
• Follow KPIs for measuring the effectiveness of your action plans.
