Globally locate, attract and retain talents across all current regions with a focus on marketing positions
Conduct role briefings with the hiring managers and set expectations for the recruitment process
Take ownership of the candidate experience and the entire recruiting process via active search
Create job postings, conduct interviews, pre-select the candidates, guide through the interview process, make offers and negotiate employment terms
Be part of the recruiter team and work closely with the management to bring the optimal candidates on board
Conduct market and competitor analysis and select the optimal search strategy
Create and execute multi-channel strategies to source candidates to build a robust candidate pipeline, stay up-to-date with current recruiting trends and come up with original ideas to reach out to candidates.
Identify & communicate continuous improvement opportunities and strategies
As the recruiter (m/f/d) you will work closely with the global recruiting team to ensure the best hiring decisions by fully understanding the staffing needs, and by creating new strategies for identifying, sourcing and recruiting candidates across a variety of industries and geographic locations. The focus of the role is to recruit Sales & Marketing roles. The office is in Berlin.
