You will handle services, 1st - 3rd Level Support, upgrades, installations, and troubleshooting for networks, network hardware devices, and software
You will develop and document system standards for computer and network devices

You will coordinate system development tasks, including design, integration, and formal testing
You will oversee all transitions to production
You will develop and execute actions in system specifications, technical and logistical requirements, and other disciplines
You will create and maintain technical documentation to insure efficient planning and execution
You will manage and document system configurations

Provide end user support for MS Windows, MS Office
