Provide Project Management support to the research teams within the lab.
Be responsible for business transformation as well as business process deployment, operation, and optimization.
Improve the project operation system and create a culture of innovation and quality.
Drive continuous improvement by providing consultation and coaching to Project leaders within the lab.
