The CRM Specialist (Microsoft Dynamics) is responsible for supporting the sales organization's use of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/TrueBlue with emphasis on strong training and coordination with the Sales and Marketing teams, analysing business, and process requirements, facilitating testing, documentation, and communication. Perform reporting activities and analysis, and support data quality requirements in Dynamics. This role is supporting the broader team that shares the common goal of delivering and utilizing our CRM application with high business value.
Following are the key responsibilities:1) Training, Documentation, Support and Communication (50%)
