The CRM Specialist (Microsoft Dynamics) is responsible for supporting the sales organization's use of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/TrueBlue with emphasis on strong training and coordination with the Sales and Marketing teams, analysing business, and process requirements, facilitating testing, documentation, and communication. Perform reporting activities and analysis, and support data quality requirements in Dynamics. This role is supporting the broader team that shares the common goal of delivering and utilizing our CRM application with high business value.
Following are the key responsibilities:1) Training, Documentation, Support and Communication (50%)
Developing training plans, materials, and documentation for Dynamics' users; keep materials up-to-date, and coordinating new user and ongoing training sessions.
Provide training based on the developed plans to team members to ensure clear understanding and expectations.
Maintain Documents Library as needed to support established Dynamics processes.
Provide customer support to the sales and marketing teams in their use and adoption of Dynamics.
Supporting the monitoring and response to adoption rates as needed (additional training sessions, communication, modifications, or other resources) to increase user use.
2) Business Analysis (35%)
Gathering, documenting, analyzing and drawing conclusions regarding complex data and information.
Effectively communicate information and respond to questions from end users about Dynamics.
Work with Global IT in clarifying business requirements.
Occasional data uploads and creation of reports and dashboards.
Monthly uploading, mapping and cleaning up of data.
Assist with Lead lists from marketing campaigns, tradeshows and partners.
Keep current on new releases and functionality of Microsoft Dynamics.
3) User Acceptance Testing (UAT) (15%)
Defining, coordinating, and executing user acceptance tests against business requirements with or on behalf of the business units.
Documenting test results and developing remediation plans with IT to address unmet requirements.
