- Defining the pricing strategy for the Category team, working alongside the Product Management and Marketing teams
- Building, managing and developing the Pricing team for the category group
- Conducting strategic margin performance review for category
- Translating positioning to optimised prices per brand, product group and product
- Supporting the Head of Product Category as a Pricing Business Partner
- Ensuring regional adherence to product positioning which has been defined by the Product Manager
- Controlling product price positioning across regions
- Driving margin improvement initiatives on European level through selling prices
- Identifying margin potential aligned with company goals
- Reviewing price and margin per product group and country
- Challenging purchase pricing relative to margin
- Advising on European promotions
- Partner with different stakeholders (Head of Product Category, Pricing Team, Marketing, Supply Chain Planning, Commercial (European level).
