Head of Category Pricing (m/w/d)

  • Defining the pricing strategy for the Category team, working alongside the Product Management and Marketing teams
  • Building, managing and developing the Pricing team for the category group
  • Conducting strategic margin performance review for category
  • Translating positioning to optimised prices per brand, product group and product
  • Supporting the Head of Product Category as a Pricing Business Partner
  • Ensuring regional adherence to product positioning which has been defined by the Product Manager
  • Controlling product price positioning across regions
  • Driving margin improvement initiatives on European level through selling prices
  • Identifying margin potential aligned with company goals
  • Reviewing price and margin per product group and country
  • Challenging purchase pricing relative to margin
  • Advising on European promotions
  • Partner with different stakeholders (Head of Product Category, Pricing Team, Marketing, Supply Chain Planning, Commercial (European level).
