* To ensure that all new starters have necessary documentation and return all
paperwork, contracts and offer letters.
* To ensure that all right to work documentation for all employees and occasional
workers is on file, legal and up to date.
* To carry out all leaver related administration including; acceptance of
resignation letters, exit interviews conducted and evaluated, leaver calculations
completed for payroll.
* To carry out a yearly personnel file information update to ensure that all
records are up to date.
* Assists with some of the aspects of the recruitment and selection process,
including pre-employment paperwork and document checking
* Advise staff and Managers on any employee relations matters and escalate to
Area Manager and Lead HR where necessary.
* To assist with the compilation of the HR Reports where required.
* Handles matters and enquiries in the absence of the Area Manager and Lead
HR.
* Employee orientation, development, and training logistics and recordkeeping
* Supports the Residence Managers with HR matters as required.
