Preparation of monthly and quarterly management reports (financial and commercial)
Participation in monthly close process, working together with the Accounting shared service center
Tracking vendor/customer rebate schemes and other provisions/accruals
Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts/budgets in the area of marketing and inventory
Preparation of various ad-hoc reports and analyses
Support establishing data and financial control
Implement improvements of our ERP, BI reporting landscape
Optimize and automate data analysis tools
Collaborating with stakeholders in the business and finance team in the DACH cluster, with the FP&A team at our EMEA HQ in Paris and with the shared service center in UK and Poland

The Junior Financial Analyst, together with the FP&A Manager Germany, is responsible for all periodic and ad-hoc management reporting and for the budgeting/forecasting process in the countries in Germany. You will collaborate intensively with stakeholders in the German business team to understand drivers in the market and how these impact financial results. You will also work closely with the EMEA FP&A team at our European HQ in Paris to see the German entity from a broader European and global perspective, and with our Accounting and AP shared service teams in UK and Poland.
