  • Create and maintaining employee records
  • Updating databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave
  • Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts andconfirmation
  • Communicating with external partners/vendors
  • Create an approval document (RfA)upon requests
  • Supportinvarious administrative tasks in day-to-day operations(HR and General Affairs)
  • Maintaintheoffice stationary andkeeppost-boxorganized
  • Supportthesenior management with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expenses
  • Supporting the proper documentation in compliance with the local regulation in HR and Finance
  • Maintaining all necessary recordsincluding invoices, expenses, payments and transactions
  • Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e. holiday and sick daystaken
