Identify the needs for training and communication for the project
Assess expectations from a broad group of stakeholders (e.g. ITSO, IT, Business Counterparts)
Align with GRC Product Owner to establish a rollout plan and related training and communication measures.
Define the training strategy, plan and related training channels
Involvement in definition of priorization/sprints to reflect these decisions in training and communication tasks
Liaise with internal and external partners to establish training and communication material based on project and stakeholder expectations
Create required training and communication material for the defined channels and provide communication material to pass towards the different stakeholders.
Deploy training and conduct communication measures
Act as the point of contact for all training and communication needs
