- Understand your clients' needs and tackle their problems
- Think creatively about technical issues and find ways to change showstoppers into positive ways forward
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to deep dive into issues of all sorts (payment, hardware, software)
- Keep current on product releases and updates
- Suggest improvements for products and internal processes
Start: ASAP
Duration: 12 months (with possible extension)
Workload: full-time, 5 days/week
Location: currently full-remote, maybe 3 days/week on-site in Munich after couple of months
