Facilitate prompt resolution of end-user issues Facilitate site employee onboarding and off boarding Facilitate site additions, moves and changes from an IT perspective Ensure resolution of IT issues by managed service provider Serve as a local escalation point for all local IT issues Stay current with all site IT requests Understand local IT infrastructure Where applicable, manage IT vendors and ensure SLA's are met Manage local inventory of IT hardware Establish and maintain a working relationship with local business teams and users Participate in or lead IT projects, tasks, or other ad hoc duties as assigned
