Report monthly, quarterly and annual performance against objectives with targeted action plans for improvements via KDA and NSC (National Sales Companies) Business Plan plans
Monitor the effective use of KDA system across markets and support Learning Experience Platform integration
Prepare action plan on monthly basis and support markets on implementing KDA on dealer's end
Implement course mapping and maintain KDA with up to date offline & online courses (uploading SCORM packages, videos, Power Point files and PDF files in the Learning Management System (LMS))
Prepare, analyse and update monthly training reports
Participate in internal meetings and share info within L&D team
