As HR Administrator, you will provide first and second level support on diverse HR related matters. You will be supporting the German and EMEA People Team on local and EMEA initiatives and interesting project work. In addition, you will be able to collaborate with the global HR team to support driving HR strategies forward in order to achieve business results and drive organizational effectiveness.

Providesupportongeneral HRmatters in Germany, e.g. Drafting contract amendments, reference letters, employment verification forms, promotion letters, etc. Handling correspondence with health insurance companies, pension providers as well as German legal and tax authorities Being responsible for German pension plan tasks, incl. answering general pension related queries, administering pensions forms and processing the pension schemes Provide ad hoc support to the EMEA Payroll team by advising on specific German Payroll topics, e.g. queries by the German employment or tax agencies Ensuring compliance goals and local legal requirements are met, e.g. by maintaining and administering personnel employee files Working directly with the business, i.e. managers and employees, collaborate and partner with the local People Partners as well as our global HR Shared Services and Centres of Expertise Supporting local and EMEA wide project work across the entirety of the HR...
