Supportinvarious administrative tasks in day-to-day operations(HR and General Affairs)
Maintaintheoffice stationary andkeeppost-boxorganized
Supportthesenior management with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expenses
Supporting the proper documentation in compliance with the local regulation in HR and Finance
Maintaining all necessary recordsincluding invoices, expenses, payments and transactions
Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e. holiday and sick daystaken
