You will demonstrate technical networking skills to troubleshoot WAN, LAN, network security, cloud internet security platform and tools You will handle service recovery, sustainability and proactive improvement You will handle major incident conference calls, as well as identify required resources and provide full root cause analysis for production outages You will be responsible for handling patch management You will prepare reports on the age of hardware You will be responsible for vendor management and the lifecycle of production hardware You will evaluate technology solutions from managed service providers in terms of technical resources and capabilities
