ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle all HR affairs for a team with approximately 25 employees.
Prepare monthly salary documentation and approval process.
Responsible for recruiting, leave management, and business travel related issues.
Responsible for working permit and visa application for foreign colleagues
Other jobs assigned by Management.
EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 3 years HR experience in Germany.
Strong understanding of the requirements from German labor law.
Experience working in an international environment is a plus.
High energy/positive attitude, confident in his/her abilities, self-motivated and able to work effectively in a fast paced, multi-category team-based matrix environment.
Languages: English and German are required. Other language is a plus.
