Defining the pricing strategy for the Category team, working alongside the Product Management and Marketing teams
Building, managing and developing the Pricing team for the category group
Conducting strategic margin performance review for category
Translating positioning to optimised prices per brand, product group and product
Supporting the Head of Product Category as a Pricing Business Partner
Ensuring regional adherence to product positioning which has been defined by the Product Manager
Controlling product price positioning across regions
Driving margin improvement initiatives on European level through selling prices
Identifying margin potential aligned with company goals
Reviewing price and margin per product group and country
Challenging purchase pricing relative to margin
Advising on European promotions
Partner with different stakeholders (Head of Product Category, Pricing Team, Marketing, Supply Chain Planning, Commercial (European level).
