Berlin / Munich | Stealth Mode Fund Build | H ands-on support across core investment workflows.   We’re building a new B2B tech VC from the ground up, operating out of Berlin and Munich. Still stealth. Still early. Lots of foundation to lay. You’ll work directly with the core team on deal sourcing, research, and the first real building blocks of the fund.   What you’ll do • Research startups & build weekly deal snapshots • Draft investment docs & support pipeline management • Tackle hands-on ad hoc tasks that move things fast   What you bring • Strong VC curiosity & self-starter energy • Sharp thinking, international mindset • High proficiency in PowerPoint & Excel  • English required, German a plus   You won’t just observe — you’ll help build. Hands-on.
