Requirements
▪ Successfully completed commercial training and/or a university degree, ideally supplemented by further training or professional experience in human resources. ▪ A strong and up-to-date knowledge of employment law is a welcome asset.
▪ Proficient use of MS Office programs.
▪ Confident and professional demeanor combined with good communication skills and a confident demeanor, as well as a high level of confidentiality.
▪ Structured, independent working style, strong organizational and, above all, planning skills, a quick grasp of things, and the willingness to take on responsibility.
Tasks & Responsibilities
▪ Monitoring of operational time recording ▪ Maintenance of personnel files and personnel master data
▪ Administration of vacation and sick days
▪ Ensuring the implementation of new labor and social law laws and regulations
▪ Cooperation with authorities
▪ Maintenance of data flow and coordination with our external payroll accounting
▪ Preparation of employment contracts and personnel documents
▪ Preparation of status updates on the personnel area for the company management
