BI Analyst / Controller  (part-time or full-time, Essen or remote within EU)

What will you do?

• Develop enterprise KPIs and dashboard for measuring core financials, projects, crowd performance, customer service and online-marketing

• Monitor plan/actuals of KPIs and report to management and department heads

• Understand data sources and data structures such as Google Analytics, Salesforce as well as our internal systems

• Write SQL queries to analyze business scenarios using AWS Athena or Snowflake

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in QuickSight and Excel

• Work with management to identify opportunities for improvement

Your background

• Batchelor degree in economics or business informatics

• 3+ years of experience working as a data professional and/or controller

• Advanced SQL skills for analysis involving large-scale relational datasets

• Self-driven personality and number oriented, analytical thinking

• Good communication and English language skills. 

• Experience in working with AWS Athena, QuickSight, Snowflake or other BI platforms and tools is a plus

• Excellent Excel- and Power Point knowledge
