Role: Program Manager Location: Germany Frankfurt Technical skills (Required - Mandatory)  15 plus years' experience managing programs involving SAP Basis transformations & operations.  Experience in managing large scale, multi-dimensional, complex programs for clients.  Experience in large SAP Basis programs, across estimating, planning, scoping, issue and risk management.  Strong understanding in SAP BASIS across ABAP, Java, Oracle and HANA.  Experience in managing SAP transformation programs - SAP on Cloud, Large scale implementation / migration programs, S / 4HANA conversions.

 At least 8 years in project management role.  PMP certification or equivalent Nice To Have: Expertise in Cloud Technologies. SAP Basis certifications Area of ​​responsibilities:

 SAP Basis Program Management: Actively engage and manage the team to deliver high-quality service meeting client expectations: design & implement Landscape Strategy, availability / capacity planning, Backup & Recovery Strategy, System Installations & Upgrades and System operations functions. Manage on-time implementation of project deliverables and provide escalation support. Drive innovation in the SAP Basis area. Ensure adherence to OEM recommendations and roadmaps.

 Program Governance: Develop and carry out detailed program management plan; secure signoffs with program sponsors. Sets up implementation mechanisms in order to ensure that the defined process is followed by the program team while executing various activities.

 Business Planning: Review and provide inputs to account plans specific to delivery capabilities, execution of delivery plan as given in the account plan.

 Proposals: Lead large proposals, provide guidance, review (mainly solution, estimation, financial modeling, project plan and risks) and approve proposals in the system in order to ensure a win

.  Client management: Identify relationship needs, explore relationship opportunities, and formulates action plans. Contributes to the definition of a business case and program charter alignment in order to build and strengthen client relationships.

 Contract and vendor management: Identify the contract parameters that have a material impact on program deliveries. Prioritizes the parameters and sets up controls to proactively identify contract adherence issues. Identify key partners both within and outside of contracts who have a material impact on the program. Build formal and informal partnerships in order to ensure program dependencies are coordinated and executed and economic objectives of the contracted program are met.
