What will you be doing?
We need you to further conquer the German market (working remotely is possible - but it would be nice to have you in Amterdam)! Be our Sales Rockstar and further develop our fast growing business and drive our growth with the help of our Business Development Managers. You work on the prospecting process: the first steps of customer contact. You will be involved in qualifying warm leads through our marketing department, following up with customers and improving our Sales & Business Development operations. You will come up with smart ideas on how to identify new opportunities and how to approach potential customers. And the more you know about what our customers want, the more you can support us in the further development of our product in the first steps of customer contact - such as getting onboarding or ensuring the smooth running of the Lepaya process.
Increase Lepaya's market share by generating and qualifying warm leads through (potential) customer contact by email, telephone, events and networking;
Identifying needs and wishes of (potential) customers and how we can best fulfill them;
Identifying opportunities for Lepaya and developing them into concrete plans;
Increase Lepaya's brand awareness;
Contributing to the improvement of our sales strategy;
You speak and write fluent German and English;
You are a self starter and have a strong commercial ambition;
Previous experience (through side jobs or internships) in business development, sales, or acquisition;
you are buzzing with ideas and energy. Instead of giving up, you are constantly looking for ways to achieve your goal;
You are a team player and you work enthusiastically;
You enjoy working independently and indicate when help is needed;
You are available as soon as possible.
